Virtual and Pocket Doula Services

We offer in-person and virtual services to create a nurturing, caring space that works for you, baby and family . With a variety of services, expectant and new parents can get emotional, informational, and physical support they need after childbirth.

Our Virtual Doula and Pocket Doula services provide guidance on pregnancy, childbirth education, birth plan development, coping techniques, relaxation exercises, breastfeeding support, and postpartum care whenever you need them. We can answer questions, offer reassurance and emotional support, and help you navigate the various stages of pregnancy and childbirth. The convenience of remote communication allows us to reach you when you need us and provide continuous support throughout your pregnancy journey and beyond.

Developing comprehensive plans for childbirth and the postpartum period.
Incorporating energetic and holistic themes into the experience.
Answering basic questions about newborn care.
Providing guidance for nurturing relationships during the transition to parenthood.
Supporting individuals dealing with trauma surrounding the birth and postpartum stages.
Offering assistance for managing anxiety and depression.
Providing guidance and troubleshooting for breastfeeding and pumping.
Establishing routines and schedules for the newborn and parents.
Creating a supportive environment for addressing challenging issues during postpartum.
Reviewing available childcare options.
