​What do I need for a successful overnight with my Doula?

  • Wipes 

  • Garbage pail with bags

  • Pacifiers - recommendations - Philips AVENT Soothie 0-3 month, green 4 pack

  • Bottles* - recommendations - Lansinoh (easiest to wash), Tommee Tippee, or Dr. Brown's (for gas)

  • Bottle Brush

  • Formula* - anything that says "gentle"

  • Burp cloths

  • Crib sheets

  • Sound machine

  • Extras of all the above

*Please purchase bottles and formula even if you think you will not use them - it can be a small amount of each, but it’s always good to have a “just in case plan”.

Please have a sleep surface - a bed or couch and blanket. Thank you!
